A red or white patch on the gums, lining of the mouth or the tongue can be one of the lip cancer symptoms. Other common symptoms of the lip cancer include loose teeth, bad breathe, and oral pain and sore throat does not go away. Sensory control over the face looses. A lump in the neck can be seen.
